Enjoying hairy crabs 🦀 at home is the best way to enjoy these highly prized crustaceans. 🙌🏼💯 Sluuurp the creamy, rich roe as loud as you want and nobody would judge you. 🤤 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱: 1. Dried Perilla Frutescens 2. Crab ✂️ set 3. Zhejiang/Chinkiang Black Vinegar 4. Chinese Wine and/or Ginger Tea 5. Steamer, Steam Oven or Steam over the stove (Normally, the vendor will supply the Dried Perilla Frutescens & Crab ✂️ set to make your life easier.) 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 1. Wash & scrub the hairy crabs 2. Place their belly upward on the tray 3. Put the dried Perilla Frutescens on the top & bottom of the hairy crabs 4. Steam for 12-16 min: 3.5-4.5 tael 16-20 min: 4.5-6 tael 20-22 min: 6 tael & above (Tael is the size) 5. Eat the hairy crabs meat/roe with a bit of Zhejiang/Chinkiang black vinegar 6. Drink warm Chinese wine or hot ginger tea to rebalance the yin & yang of your body (important!)
